What We Stand On

Hey , My name is Rebecca Panarello. I can give you a laundry list of excuses or I can share my little story and how it created not only an opportunity for myself but others as well.

As a new mother, I found myself in a whirlwind—balancing the joy of nurturing my baby with the pressures of work and the difficult decision of daycare. In my heart, I knew I wanted to create a life that prioritized both my family and a meaningful career. I took a leap of faith, and researched, studied, and by any means started to do whatever I needed to do to be with my baby as much as possible and still provide an income. With literally $50, a trip to The Dollar Tree to collect some basics, and my baby lovingly strapped to my back (literally brought her with me) I started knocking on doors, posting in groups, joining online cleaning gigs - offering cleaning services to those in need, to gain experience and do what I thought was right.

I quickly learned and created products that were not only using traditional methods but sustainable and unharmful. My journey began humbly on Homeaglow, and soon, I discovered a growing demand for quality cleaning services delivered with care, knowledge and reliability whilst paying attention to small detail.

In June 2023 Traditionally Unique LLC became a legal entity, I am thankful and excited to continue to learn and grow this company and provide opportunities for those who truly seek it

In our first year, with the help of passionate and skilled contractors, we served over 50 clients, bringing not only cleanliness but peace of mind into their homes and workplaces. Along the way, we’ve created opportunities for others to grow and thrive in their own careers.

This business is more than just a source of income—it’s a ministry of service, built on the principles of honesty, communication, and teamwork. It’s about touching lives, lifting burdens, and creating spaces where people can feel renewed. I’m deeply grateful for this journey and the trust our clients place in us. To everyone who has supported us, from our early days to today, thank you. Your belief in our mission inspires me to dream bigger and serve better. Our Goal: Give Back & Make a Difference

We are creating a donation-supported initiative to offer cleaning services—at little to no cost—to individuals and families facing mental or physical hardship.

Veterans

Single parents in crisis

Elderly individuals living alone

People recovering from illness or trauma

Anyone unseen, unheard, and in need of support


We believe healing starts at home, and we want to be the hands that help.

Our goal is to create sustainable jobs that offer more than just a paycheck. We’re working toward providing W-2 employment, 401(k) options, and the kind of benefits typically reserved for big corporations—because our team deserves that too.
