Post-Operative & Home Readiness Cleaning

What exactly is a "Post-Operative Deep Clean," and how does it differ from a standard cleaning? +

Our Post-Operative Deep Clean is designed for clients coming home from the hospital or surgery whose caregivers may not be able to enter until the home is safe and sanitary. We handle the full clean-out, disinfecting, and setup process to make sure the home is comfortable and recovery-ready.

Do your team members have experience working in post-surgery or medical-sensitive environments? +

Yes — many of our cleaning technicians were once CNAs or healthcare professionals. They understand the importance of maintaining a safe, sterile, and supportive space for healing.

What types of disinfectants or cleaning products do you use for recovery environments? +

We use EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectants that are safe for recovery environments, along with gentle, eco-friendly alternatives for clients who prefer low-odor or hypoallergenic options.

Can you coordinate cleaning around discharge dates or hospital schedules? +

Absolutely. The hospital or care team can contact us directly, and we'll coordinate with you to make sure your home is ready for your return — often within just a few hours' notice.

Do you assist with setting up medical or mobility equipment? +

Yes! We can help with light equipment setup or placement such as shower chairs, grab bars, oxygen stands, etc. Clients can also view suggested items in their portal or provide what they feel is necessary for comfort and mobility.

How quickly can you prepare a home for a returning patient after surgery? +

We can typically prepare a home within 24 hours' notice.

Are your cleaners trained in infection control or sterile-zone maintenance? +

This is currently a beta program. Our team is in the process of completing OSHA and infection-control certifications to become formally trained, but all staff already have basic knowledge and follow strict sanitation procedures.

Do you partner with caregivers, nurses, or case managers? +

That is one of our primary goals as we continue to grow this program and create a smooth experience between cleaning professionals and healthcare providers.

Can family members schedule this service on behalf of a loved one? +

Yes, absolutely. Family members often coordinate directly with us to prepare the home before a loved one returns.

Do you accept or work with insurance, Medicaid waiver, or home-care funding programs? +

Not yet — but this is something we're actively working toward as we develop our post-operative program.

Recurring Cleaning & Detailing

What's included in your recurring cleaning service? +

Our Light Clean ($65/hr) covers bathrooms, floors, kitchens, and bedrooms — perfect for already tidy homes needing upkeep and small detail touches.

Our Detail Clean ($85/hr) allows you to choose custom areas or follow our rotation schedule that ensures every area of your home gets deep cleaned over time.

How do you determine pricing — hourly, flat rate, or per square foot? +

We begin with hourly pricing until we get to know your home and its needs. Once we establish a routine, we can switch to a flat rate — for example, a light clean that takes about 2–3 hours is usually around $175.

What's the difference between a maintenance clean and a detailed clean? +

Maintenance cleaning covers surface-level tidying and sanitation. Detailed cleaning goes deeper — tackling baseboards, fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas on a rotation basis.

Can I customize which areas are cleaned each visit? +

Yes! We build your plan around your priorities — you can select rooms or areas each visit.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment? +

Yes, we bring all professional supplies and tools. However, we're happy to use your preferred products if requested. For sanitary reasons, we typically use the client's own vacuum unless otherwise arranged.

How often should I schedule recurring cleaning for best results? +

Weekly is ideal for busy households, while bi-weekly works great for homes that maintain light upkeep between visits.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel a visit? +

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • Less than 24-hour notice: late cancellation fee
  • Under 4 hours: 30% of service cost
  • Missed appointment with no notice: 100% of the service charge

We understand emergencies happen — just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can I book a "refresh clean" between deep cleans or while someone is recovering? +

Of course! We offer light refresh cleans to maintain comfort and hygiene between major visits or while you're healing.

What kind of small installations do you help with? +

We can handle basic installations such as shower heads, shelving, furniture assembly, or hanging pictures and curtains.

Do you offer furniture moving or light assembly during cleanings? +

Yes — but only when scheduled in advance and for an additional fee to ensure we bring the proper tools and time.

Can you help prepare a home for mobility devices or accessibility needs? +

Yes. We can assist in creating open, accessible spaces and help set up simple equipment to improve comfort and safety.

Do you remove or dispose of old items or debris from the home? +

Yes, as an add-on service. Please request removal in advance so we can plan the appropriate team and equipment.

Yes — we're fully licensed and insured for your peace of mind.

Do you perform background checks on all staff? +

Yes, every team member undergoes thorough screening and background checks before joining our company.

How can clients communicate with your team? +

Currently, clients can call or text us directly. We're also building our client portal and mobile app for streamlined scheduling, communication, and updates.

What areas do you currently serve? +

We proudly serve the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas, with exceptions for special circumstances or travel fees when applicable.

How far in advance should I book a cleaning or setup service? +

We appreciate at least 48 hours' notice for standard cleanings and two weeks for specialized services whenever possible.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We currently accept Stripe and Venmo payments.

Do you guarantee satisfaction or offer a re-clean policy? +

Yes! If something doesn't meet your expectations, we'll gladly return to correct it. While we don't issue refunds, our intake process ensures every client's needs are clearly understood before each service.
