Whether it's weekly cleaning, Airbnb turnover, or organizing help, we gather the details to tailor our service to your space and lifestyle.

This can be done via phone, text, email, or our online form.

Step Two

Customized Quote & Service Recommendation

Based on your home size, condition, and the services you’re looking for, we provide a clear, upfront quote.

We’ll also recommend the most suitable package—whether it’s a Deep Clean, Maintenance Clean, or our flexible Chore Fairy service.

Please Note: We like to keep things fair and flexible. While most of our services start with a baseline hourly rate, we know that every home—and every client—is unique.

There’s no one-size-fits-all here - we try—just honest, thoughtful pricing rooted in the same care we bring to every job.

Step Three

Scheduling & Booking

Once you're ready, we’ll lock in your service day and time.

For recurring clients, we create a consistent schedule that works around your life.

Specialty cleanings or special requests (under 24-hour notice) are subject to a $500 minimum.

Step Four

Personalized Cleaning Plan

We create a cleaning plan based on your unique priorities. You’ll receive a customized digital checklist — the very same one our professional cleaner follows — so everyone’s on the same page, every step of the way. No surprises, no missed details — just clear expectations and consistent results you can count on.

Step Five

Service Day

On day of service you’ll get:

- A confirmation text 24–48 hours before your appointment (new and recurring clients).

- A reminder text the day of your service.

- A personalized message from your cleaner 15–30 minutes before arrival so you know exactly when we’re coming.

We use traditional cleaning methods with eco-friendly products to ensure a respectful, thorough clean.

Feedback & Follow-Up

After each visit, we check in for your feedback. We’re always refining and adjusting to better serve you—and make sure you’re thrilled with the results.
